How do I configure the default intervention type according to the client?

For work orders, it is possible to configure the type of intervention according to the client.

From the home page :


1. Go to ‘Settings’.  

2. Click on "Repair parameters" 

3. Add a correspondence

4. Save the newly defined parameters
