When you add the part to the sale, you can see that the part is not in stock (the dot is red if the part is not in stock and green if the part is in stock):
- Red button if part is not in stock
- Green button if part is in stock
An order form will then be created upon validation.
All the information contained in the sale will be included in the order form (information about the customer and the part(s) to be ordered):
A deposit may be added to the order form:
A notification may be sent to the customer indicating that a deposit has been paid for this purchase order.
