To create an intervention file without an assignment order sent by a principal, click on « New file » to open the creation wizard:
1st step:
Enter general information about the operation:
Choosing the consumer:
If the customer is a reseller or a third party, you will need to enter the repair order:
If the consumer is a manufacturer, the job order must be entered and the manufacturer selected:
Enter the type of file:
Indicate whether the appliance was dropped off at the counter (for « Workshop » type files):
You can change the date on which the device was called up or deposited at this stage.
2ns step:
Enter the consumer's contact details:
Enter the customer's first and last name, then launch the search (by clicking on the « Enter » key or on the « Search for a customer » button).
If the customer is already known in the customer database, their details will be entered automatically.
If the customer is not already known, you will need to fill in the other information on the form to create the customer record.
2ns step (bis):
If the order giver is a third party, this must be entered at this stage:
In the same way as for consumers, it is possible to search for them or create their third party file.
3rd step:
Create or select the device to be serviced:
For appliances that are part of the product reference lists of manufacturers working with AGORA, simply enter the product's commercial or technical reference number and launch the search. The information will then be entered automatically from the data supplied by the manufacturers.
For devices that are not included in the product reference lists of manufacturers working with AGORA, you will need to create them in your product reference list (see the « REFERENCE LISTS » category).
If the product has not been created in the product repository, it can be created on the fly by filling in all the information in the form.
If the consumer is already referenced and folders have already been created, the system will display the history of folders linked to this consumer:
4th step:
Enter the details of the retailer from whom this appliance was purchased:
This step is only compulsory if the principal is the reseller.
As with the consumer, you can enter the company name and run the search to see if the reseller has already been created.
If the reseller has never been created, you will need to fill in the form to create a reseller record.
5th step:
Enter the breakdown symptom and add a comment if necessary:
Click on « Finish » to create the file.
The job file will be created with all the information you have entered.
