Warranty reports are available under "Repair" > "Warranty Reports":


Double-click to open the report. 


Fill in the fields with errors (highlighted in red): 


Once all fields are completed, click "Save" in the navigation bar: 


If all fields are valid, the status changes to "Valid", and a "Transfer" button appears to send the report to ALTEX


After the report is submitted, simply wait for feedback from ALTEX
