1. Adding a deposit

The purchase order is then created and a deposit can be added to it: 

 


2. Ordering the part

On this purchase order, which is in « Pending » status, a quantity is now to be ordered: 

This part is added to the preparatory state and will then be ordered (see Chapters 6.2 Managing the order preparatory state and 6.3 Creating supplier orders).

Once the part has been ordered, the quantity is updated on the order form.

Once the part has been received and entered into stock (see section 6.4 Creating a stock entry), it will be automatically assigned to the purchase order: 

The order form will then change to « Ready for delivery » status, indicating that the part is available for delivery to the customer:



3. Cancelling a document line or purchase order

You can cancel the entire order form by clicking on « Cancel »:


 

It is also possible to cancel one or more item lines in the purchase order by filling in the « Qty cancelled » column and saving the purchase order:
