How do I manage part assignments ?

If the quantity available in stock is insufficient to meet your current parts requirements, you can manage the allocation of the part according to the priority of the sale, purchase order, etc., in relation to the others.

1. Search for the part using the "Article catalogue" sub-module ((shortcut on the banner from the home page or from the logistics module) : 

2. Click on the "Assignment management" button :

3. You have the option of :

   a. Unassign the part by changing the quantity and clicking on the ‘Unassign’ button :

and click on "Refresh" button to see the modification of assignement :

b. Assign the part by adding the quantity to be assigned, then confirming with the "Affect" button :
