What is the status of a purchase order?

- Pending: When the purchase order has been created and no part is available in stock.

- Parts sold out : When the parts entered in the purchase order have been entered as sold-out parts on supplier orders

- Cancelled: When the parts entered in the purchase order have been cancelled on the purchase order

- Ready for partial delivery: When one (or more) part is available on a purchase order for which several parts have been ordered but are not all available.

- Ready for delivery: When all the parts have been assigned to the purchase order and are available for sale to the customer.

- Validated: When the purchase order has been transformed into a sale and the sale has been validated.
