Once the WO is created, it is automatically received on Agora in the account of the assigned subcontractor.


Interface features :

  • Full display of the information entered during WO creation.
  • Possibility to print, download, or send by email the WO form to the consumer or the repairer using the dedicated buttons (Print / Download / Send Email) :
    • Confirmation for consumer : generates the WO form to be sent to the consumer.
    • Work order form : repairer’s version of the form including details of the request.
    • Label : a label containing the WO key details to be attached to the product.
    • Service resolution : summary document of the repair once completed (disabled until the repair is finalized).

Pick up with ALD

Note : In the case of subcontracted WOs, if a pick-up is required, ALD is the carrier.
In this case, only the tracking number is generated, along with a tracking URL. No transport label is issued.
The WO number is used as the tracking number with ALD.

If no pick-up was provided, transport information is not displayed in the WO interface.


Changing the subcontractor

Once the subcontracted WO is created, it is possible to change the subcontractor from the dropdown list under certain conditions :

  • Status "NEW" :
    Subcontractor change is allowed.
  • Status "REFUSED" :
    Subcontractor change is allowed and the WO status is automatically reset to "NEW".
  • Statuses ACCEPTED / INPROGRESS / PLANNED :
    Subcontractor change is allowed.
    The WO status is reset to "NEW".
    The existing repair file is automatically closed.
  • Status "CLOSED" :
    Subcontractor change is not allowed (field is inactive).
  • If a carrier AWB has been generated:
    The subcontractor can no longer be changed, regardless of the WO status.
