Once the work order is created, it is automatically received on Agora, in the account of the corresponding subcontractor.
All features available for internal work orders also apply to subcontracted work orders.
If no pick-up has been defined, transport information will not be displayed in the work order interface.

Once a subcontracted work order is created, it is possible to change the subcontractor from the dropdown list under certain conditions:

  • Status "NEW":
    Subcontractor change is allowed.

  • Status "REFUSED":
Subcontractor can be changed, and the status of the work order is automatically reset to "NEW".

  • Statuses "ACCEPTED" / "INPROGRESS" / "PLANNED":
    Changing the subcontractor is allowed.
The work order status is reset to "NEW".
The existing repair file is automatically closed.

  • Status "CLOSED":
Changing the subcontractor is not allowed (field is disabled).

If a transport label has already been generated, the subcontractor can no longer be changed, regardless of the work order status.
