How do you turn a purchase order into a sale?

When the order form is in "Ready for delivery" status, the "Convert to sale" button lights up so that you can sell the part to the customer:

All the information on the order form is transferred to the sale.

If a deposit has been paid on the purchase order, the deposit will be indicated as a payment method on the sale.

The purchase order will then change its status to « Validated ».

2. Partial delivery

On a purchase order where several items are present but not all are available, it is possible to make a partial delivery of the available items.

Only those items that are allocated on the purchase order will then be converted into a sale.
