2. Select “Reseller” in ‘"Contractor" :
3. Provide consumer information :
4. Enter the product information (technical or commercial reference number if the appliance is part of the Agora reference list) and click on "Search" :
5. Enter information about the retailer :
6. Indicate the symptoms of the fault and any comments
7. Click on ‘"End"
=> The intervention file is created and given a number.
