From a new quote

To create a quote for a counter sale, click on the « Create a new quote » button in the navigation bar:

The form then allows you to enter the customer's details and the items for which a quotation is to be drawn up: 

When all the data has been entered, click on « Save »: 

From a repair file

To do this, you need to:

- Add items to the list of items in the file; the estimate will then be assigned to the third party (consumer, reseller, manufacturer or other third party) to which the assumption of responsibility for the items has been defined.

- Click on "Create a linked document" and "Generate an estimate"; a status code "501- Waiting for consumer" estimate agreement" will then be automatically entered in the file history.

The items will then be greyed out with an indication that a quotation is in progress:

The parts will not be reserved, they will not be allocated (if they are available in stock) and they will not be present in the preparatory state of the orders (if they are not available in stock).
