Quotations are available in the "Counter" and "Quotations" categories:
The list of quotes is then displayed and can be filtered using the search bar on the right of the screen.
Once the quotation has been created, it can be printed or sent by email notification:
It is also possible to copy it in order to create a new one, and to modify it if the data previously entered is not appropriate.
Accepting a quote
To accept a quotation, click on « Accept»:
If an estimate created from an intervention file is accepted, a status code "1104 - Quote accepted" will be automatically entered in the file history.
Rejecting a quote
Pour rejeter une offre, cliquez sur « Rejeter »:
If a quote created from a work file is rejected, a window will ask whether you wish to keep or delete the items in the file:
A status code "1105 - Quote refused" will be automatically entered in the file history.
