Files not marked as "Device placed at the counter" will be set to the status "Shipped / To be shipped":

  • Files with the status "Invoiced"

  • Files with the status "Cancelled"

When creating a service request file, at the first step, a checkbox allows you to indicate who dropped off the device.


If the checkbox is not ticked, it means the device was dropped off by a carrier.


This information is retrieved and can also be modified from the service request file, in the "Reference" panel.
