What does the "Received spare parts" status mean?

In the "Parts received" status, we find all the intervention files for which all the parts that were not in stock have been received and assigned to the file, and for which the last status of the file is parts received.

Once the file has been rescheduled or an estimate issued, it will no longer appear in the ‘Parts received’ files.
