What does the "Spare parts in command" status mean?

In the "Spare parts in command" status, we find all the repair files for which at least one part has been placed on order.

Note that a file can therefore have both statuses:

If two parts are on the file and not in stock, and only one of the two has been ordered, then the file will be in "Parts on order" and "Parts ordered" status.
