In the « Part information », you can consult the information available on the part you are looking for:
« General » tab
- Parts information: allows you to view the description of the part, and change the breakdown code or packaging code associated with it. You can also indicate whether the part is active or sold out and add a comment.
- Prices: to view the purchase and sales prices of the part
- Stock: Allows you to consult the quantities available, in stock, reserved and ordered for this part, as well as the location of this part in the stock. You can also manage automatic replenishment with minimum and maximum quantities.
- Stock value: allows you to find out the value of your stock for this part.
- Rotation of the part: Allows you to find out which files or order forms the part is reserved for, as well as the scheduled delivery dates.
« Equivalentes and substitute » tab
This tab is used to enter the equivalent and replacement parts for the part and to merge the stocks of these parts:
« Statistics » tab
This tab gives you statistics on the part:
- Number of parts sold
- Quantity of parts purchased
- Revenue generated
It is possible to distinguish between repair files and sales.

Use this tab to add images relating to the part:
