How to receive a part delivery at the repair site ?

When an order is delivered to the workshop, the logistics officer (or the responsible technician) at the repair site receives the delivery.

Go to "Logistics" > "Stock Entry":


Add the supplier: ALTEX 


Click on "Repatriate"


Select "By delivery note number", enter the delivery note number (in this example, No. 92), and click "Apply"


The part(s) will appear in the list. 

Click "Receive all parts", or adjust the received quantities manually: 


 

Add the storage location for the part: 


Validate the stock entry

The part is now successfully received in the workshop.
The repair can now be carried out.
