All files for which parts have been received are displayed. Open one of them: 


A status code 201 "Parts Received" is shown in the history: 


The part now appears as available in stock


Perform the repair, then fill in the "Repair" section of the file: 


Also complete the list of parts and any additional costs



To finalize the repair, click on "Change file status", then select "Complete" in the navigation bar:
