The technician searches for intervention files with the status "Parts Received" from the Repair Files list:


All files for which parts have been received are displayed. Open one of them:


The part now appears as available in stock:

Perform the repair, then fill in the "Repair" section of the file:

Also complete the list of parts and any additional costs:

To finalize the repair, click on "Change file status", then select "Complete" in the navigation bar:
