The technician receives the product in the workshop. 


He accepts the work order: 

Log in to Agoserve, then go to the Work Orders module:

Select the work order (or open it), then click "Accept"

A repair file is created. 

Perform the diagnosis and fill in the corresponding fields: 


Add the part needed for the repair (example: reference 127834):

The part is not available anywhere (red dot). 

The logistics staff will therefore place an order for the part in order to proceed with the repair.
