How can I automatically update purchase prices in line with manufacturers' prices ?

This feature allows purchase prices to be updated automatically in line with the tariffs communicated by manufacturers, simplifying the task for users by avoiding the need to check and modify all prices manually.

To perform this action, proceed as follows:

1. In the navigation bar, select the "Settings" module, then select "Stock and purchase prices" 

2. Activate the purchase price update function

3. Choose the supplier from the available drop-down list

4. Click on the ‘Update purchase prices’ button : 

5. A pop-up window will open asking for confirmation : 

6. A window opens, displaying the result of the operation, with colour codes assigned to each line. To finalise, click on the "Updating of purchase prices" button : 

NB : You can also export the new prices in Excel format.
