How to indicate that a part was sent free of charge ?

From the stock entry interface.

1. Create a new stock entry.
2. Retrieve article lines from supplier orders.

The stock entry table displays a 'Free Part' column.

To indicate the receipt of a free part, you must tick the 'Free Part' checkbox and enter the received quantity.

In the case where the same part has been invoiced and a quantity of the same part was sent free of charge, this information must be processed on two separate lines by manually adding a second line with the same part.
