To create a stocktaking, go to « Logistics » then « Stocktaking »:
Then click on « Launch an inventory » :
You can then choose to launch an inventory with :
- All items with stock other than 0
- All items with stock other than 0 and those with a registered location (even if the quantity in stock is 0)
When the inventory is launched, no sales can be made while the inventory is being completed so as not to distort the quantities in the inventory.
The system will then display all the items in stock:
This can then be printed out together with a count sheet:
This form can be used to take stock using paper printouts.
Once you have completed all the lines on this counting sheet, you will need to enter the quantities in the table:
