User Access to the Counter via Personal Credentials on the Website https://altexweb.agoraplus.com/
Available Fields:
Username: field to enter the login ID.
Password: secured field, hidden by default. The user can temporarily display the password by clicking on the eye-shaped icon.
Associated Features:
Remember me: allows the username to be remembered for the next login. The "Username" field will be pre-filled.
Forgot password: allows the user to reset their password.
Error message: if the credentials are incorrect, a message is displayed prompting the user to try again.
Application Access:
The Login button becomes active once both fields are filled in.
After authentication, the user is directed to a home page showing an overview of the application. A side navigation bar provides access to the main features.
Feature Details:
Create Support Request: allows the creation of a service order in 3 steps.
Repair Tracking: provides access to the list of created service orders.
Logout: allows the user to securely log out of the application.
