When the WO concerns a replaceable product (not repairable), a repair file is automatically created with the initial status "accepted".
Interface features :
- Full display of the information entered during WO creation.
- Possibility to print, download, or send by email the WO form to the consumer using the dedicated buttons (Print / Download / Send Email) :
Since there is no repair processing:
- Transport information is displayed (if pick up).
- No repairer information is shown.
- Comment field is available.
- Manual status updates is possible, by clicking on "Add status".
