Once the work order is created for a replaceable product (non-repairable), a repair file is automatically generated with the initial status "Accepted".
This type of work order does not result in a repair. Therefore:

  • No transport information is displayed (no pick-up or transport label).

  • No repair center information is shown.

  • No comment field is available.

  • Manual status updates will be possible.
